Most orders require some production time to add logos and personalization. We perform this production in-store and usually in order of purchase. The production wait time will change depending on the then current workload and usually gets longer as we get closer to the start of school. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or when it ships.

Please note: some orders may also have back orders meaning that our local stock is depleted and in more rare cases, our vendor stock is also depleted. The wait time for back orders depends on the specific product. 

After placing an order, you will receive a link to a portal where you may see the status of your order.
