We provide an end-to-end embroidery service. Embroidery is where a design is physically sewn onto a fabric item. Embroidered items have an upscale or professional look compared to other decoration methods. Different fabrics have different requirements which we address in our design and production. 

We start with your logo or artwork and will digitize it for sewing. This turns your art into a file that controls the computerized embroidery machines. Many embroidery shops depend on third parties to create this file while we do this in-house. This allows us the most control in how the finished design appears. Embroidery is more than a printed image - it has texture so the appearance is affected by this process and how the threads are laid out.

We operate several embroidery machines (or heads). We operate some smaller machines to give us more control over more delicate designs and specialized fabrics. We also operate some larger machines to support higher throughput for larger orders. Embroidery machines require regular maintenance in order to maintain the integrity of the design, so we have experienced operators to ensure the best quality of production. 

We have experience with many different types of items and projects, ranging from high volume polo logos to specialized one off projects. Projects can be in support of an appearance program (school uniform, business apparel), an event (graduation stoles, milestone celebration, Gifts (personalized robes and blankets and special projects such as golf bags, personalized shoes for a wedding, a visor cover for a retiring navy pilot's helmet and decorated flags for our troops overseas.
