We provide embroidered applique designs that provide a collegiate or athletic look, mostly for sweatshirts. Appliques use a fabric, which is sewn directly to a garment using embroidery threads. This allows larger designs whicl reducing the amount of thread used in the design, which reduces prices. Appliques may be simple or complex depending on the design. We offer an end-to-end solution including design, cutting and sewing for a high quality end product. 

A subset of this category is called Tackle Twill which usually uses a twill fabric which is more durable and stiff. Very often this is used to create sweatshirts for schools, sport teams, greek letters for a fraternity or sorority or even patch-like applications. The design though may also use custom artwork and use multiple layers of fabric. 

The applique fabric may be a range of materials and finishes from solid colors to glitter or textured finishes. We also create hybrid designs that use an applique with added embroidery for additional customization and a unique appearance.
